Welcome to OwePro.com (“OwePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our digital marketing learning platform, including free and paid courses, features, and services (collectively, the “Services“). By accessing or using OwePro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

  1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation:
To access most features of OwePro, you must create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use OwePro. If you are under 18 but above the age of consent for online services in your country (e.g., 13 in the U.S. or 16 in the EU), you may use OwePro only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are below the age of consent, you are not permitted to use OwePro.

1.3 Account Security:
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. OwePro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

1.4 Account Termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by following the steps in your account settings. Upon termination, some data (e.g., public comments, shared content) may remain visible. OwePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

2.1 Course Enrollment:
When you enroll in a course or access content on OwePro, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or share the content with others.

2.2  Access:
Unless otherwise stated, you will have long time access to the courses you purchase. However, OwePro reserves the right to remove content for legal or policy reasons (e.g., copyright violations, platform guidelines).

2.3 Instructor Content:
Instructors who publish content on OwePro grant us a license to sublicense the content to students. As a student, your access to the content is governed by these Terms, and you may not obtain a license directly from the instructor.

  1. Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions

3.1 Payment Methods:
Payments for courses are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, such as Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees associated with your purchases.

3.2 Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as credits to your OwePro account, at our discretion. Refunds are not available for subscription plans (if offered) or partially used courses.

3.3 Subscriptions (if applicable):

  • Billing Cycles: Subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual) automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • Price Changes: OwePro reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Changes will be communicated in advance.

  1. User Responsibilities

4.1 Content Rules:
You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. All content you submit must comply with OwePro’s Community Guidelines.

4.2 Prohibited Actions:
You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the Services.
  • Misuse interactive features (e.g., spamming, posting harmful code).

4.3 Interactions with Others:
When interacting with instructors or other students, you must exercise caution and avoid sharing sensitive personal information. OwePro is not responsible for disputes between users.

  1. OwePro’s Rights

5.1 Content Ownership:
You retain ownership of any content you post on OwePro (e.g., reviews, comments). However, by posting content, you grant OwePro a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for promotional and operational purposes.

5.2 Platform Ownership:
OwePro owns all rights to the platform, including logos, trademarks, and code. You may not use OwePro’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

5.3 Content Removal:
OwePro reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6.1 No Guarantees:
OwePro provides courses and content “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any course. You use the Services at your own risk.

6.2 Third-Party Links:
OwePro may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Review their terms and policies separately.

6.3 Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, OwePro’s liability is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Informal Resolution:
Before initiating formal action, you agree to contact support@owepro.com to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

7.2 Arbitration:
For users in the U.S. or Canada, disputes not resolved informally must be addressed in binding individual arbitration or small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

7.3 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by India (Delhi) or applicable local laws. Legal disputes must be filed in courts within New Delhi, DL, India, unless arbitration applies.

OwePro may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform alerts. Continued use of OwePro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
