At OwePro, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with their learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for courses purchased on OwePro.com.

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refund Window:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Course Attendance:
To qualify for a refund, you must not have attended any classes or accessed any course materials after the course start date. If you have attended even a single class or accessed course materials, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are not available for:

  • Courses that have been fully completed.
  • Subscription plans (if offered).
  • Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods, unless otherwise stated.
  1. How to Request a Refund

2.1 Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your OwePro account.
  2. Navigate to the “Purchase History” section.
  3. Select the course for which you are requesting a refund.
  4. Click on the “Request Refund” button and provide a brief explanation for your request.

Alternatively, you may email your refund request to support@owepro.com with the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • Email address associated with your OwePro account.
  • Course name and purchase date.
  • Reason for the refund request.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  1. Refund Methods

3.1 Original Payment Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, OwePro will issue the refund via an alternative method (e.g., bank transfer).

3.2 Refund Credits:
In some cases, refunds may be issued as credits to your OwePro account. These credits can be used to purchase other courses on the platform.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription plans (if offered).
  • Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods, unless otherwise stated.
  • Courses that have been fully completed or partially accessed.
  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

5.1 Disputes:
If you are dissatisfied with a course, we encourage you to contact support@owepro.com to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

5.2 Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback without first contacting OwePro may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

OwePro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of OwePro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
